FREE PASS

The Exhibit Hall is open to the public at specific times during the event. Attendees who register online or on-site may receive free access to the Exhibit Hall during the following times:

ACTIVE MILITARY

Individuals on active military duty will receive a complimentary full symposia pass (link to full symposia pass) upon presenting the appropriate identification. If you are interested in registering for this option please fill out this registration form and return it to us via the options listed in the form.

SPOUSES

Spouses accompanying registered attendees can register for TPS free of charge, and are invited to participate in two special spouse events. Badges may be picked up with the sponsoring attendee’s registration badge. Name badges must be worn for admission to the Exhibit Hall.

PAYMENT OPTIONS


Enrollment for the Symposia is unlimited, while Short Course enrollment is limited. Short Course seats are reserved on a first-sold basis. Registration is not complete until full payment is received. The State of Texas does not permit the Turbomachinery Laboratory to extent credit to individuals or companies.

  • Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted
  • Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order – Must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. clearing bank and received by Friday, September 1, 2017
  • ACH/Wire transfer - Must be received by Friday, September 1, 2017
  • Cash - Accepted for onsite registration only



REFUND POLICY


Late cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for personal hardships, natural disasters, or national emergencies. After the cancellation date, the Turbomachinery Lab will not refund for business decisions by an attendee’s employer, such as job reassignment, plant emergencies, etc. In the event of a no-show, Symposium and Short Course materials will be forwarded to the absent attendee. Registration fees cannot be applied toward future registrations.

The Turbomachinery Lab reserves the right to cancel any Short Course or Symposium in the event of insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such circumstances, all registration fees will be refunded. The Turbomachinery Lab will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges and hotel deposits.


Delegate Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to register@turbo-lab.tamu.edu by Monday, Sept. 4, 2017. A $100 administrative fee is required for cancellation.

Delegate Registration Substitution

Requests for delegate substitutions must be submitted via email to register@turbo-lab.tamu.edu by Monday, Sept. 4, 2017. Registration substitutions onsite will only be allowed with proper approval authorization from the original registrant. All delegate registration substitutions will be charged a $100 administrative fee.

Exhibit Area Only(EAO) Cancellations

Exhibit Area Only (EAO) badges not claimed or reallocated onsite are eligible to receive a refund. A request for refund must be submitted via email to exhibit@turbo-lab.tamu.edu by Sept. 22, 2017. Refunds will not be granted after this date. Refunds are not available for exhibitors who attend short courses.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Continuing Education Units Continuing Education Units are available for all short courses and technical session attendees.

Visa Information Travel to the United States (US) involves advance planning and may take several months for Visa approval. If you need a Visa, begin the process early!
